General Setup

StarCraft ZoneControl is a Warcraft III map based on the original "zonecontrol" made in Starcraft. It is played by two to eight players. Four gamemodes exist; in the normal gamemode,  Free For All and Simple gamemodes, the objective is to destroy all opposing bunkers. In the King of the Hill gamemode, you win the game by controlling the center zone for a fixed period of time.

Units and Structures

Within this article you will find a description and information about each unit and structure used within the map. To find out what the weapon and armor types mean, see the "balance" article. You can click the units' images to see a screenshot of them in action on the battlefield. All the stats displayed are those without upgrades. After upgrading the units, only the damage can change, the other stats are currently static.

Balance

Like many maps these days, StarCraft ZoneControl uses a rock-paper-scissors like balance. Each unit has a specific attack and armor type that counters another. Within this article, you can find charts, which attack and armor types units have, and what multipliers apply when the different weapon types and armor types are used against eachother. If you intend to play this game seriously, this is definitely an article to study.
